Advanced purchase rates booked directly with the hotel, can be postponed for up to 12 months subject to availability. Refunds not available.
Online travel agent bookings (Booking.com, Expedia, secret escapes and travelzoo etc), please contact us on email@example.com. Advanced purchase bookings can be postponed for up to 6 months subject to availability. Refunds not available.
Best available rates booked directly with the hotel, can be cancelled/ postponed according our normal terms and conditions which is usually 4pm day before arrival. Please check your booking confirmation.
Group bookings over 9 rooms. Bookings for dates up to the end of June can be postponed to available agreed dates within 12 months of the booking date. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
Now that there is widespread awareness of COVID-19, we believe bookers understand the risks of booking non-refundable or partially refundable travel. Therefore, bookings made after 1 April 2020 will not be subject to our COVID-19 force majeure policy.
Wedding and Event bookings
All weddings and events booked during the closure period currently must be postponed along with any associated bedrooms, subject to agreement and availability, at no extra charge.

We are not chasing the next deposit for weddings or events during the closure period for weddings or events in the future, if you do want to pay please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Stables Bar and Grill Bookings
All reservations during the closure period, can be postponed or cancelled without charge as follows:
Reservations made online via our website or Resdiary can be amended or cancelled using the same method as booking.
Reservations booked directly with the hotel by telephone or at the reception desk, can be cancelled or postponed by contacting email@example.com.
All vouchers ordered before 1st April 2020 will automatically extended by 6 months. You do not need to contact us for this.
