Corona Virus- Covid-19 UPDATE
Due the recent government announcement that all bars, and restaurants must close with immediate effect. The Manor House Hotel is now closed to the public. Behind the scenes, we are working to manage the closure and contact all guests affected by this situation. Due to lack of notice, we envisage this taking several days. We are prioritising the bookings for this week and next week first but will get around to everyone. We ask for your patience during this time. Our reception team is currently experiencing a high volume of telephone enquiries related to our policies regarding postponement and cancellation of existing bookings.

Advanced purchase rates booked directly with the hotel, can be postponed for up to 12 months subject to availability. Refunds not available.
Online travel agent bookings (Booking.com, Expedia, secret escapes and travelzoo etc), please contact the agent used. Advanced purchase bookings can be postponed for up to 6 months subject to availability. Refunds not available.
Best available rates booked directly with the hotel, can be cancelled/ postponed according our normal terms and conditions which is usually 4pm day before arrival. Please check your booking confirmation.
Group bookings over 9 rooms. Bookings for dates up to the end of June can be postponed to available agreed dates within 12 months of the booking date. Please contact email@example.com to discuss.
Wedding and Event bookings
All weddings and events booked during the closure period currently, believed to be a minimum of 4 week from 20th March, must be postponed along with any associated bedrooms, subject to agreement and availability, at no extra charge.

Murder Mystery – 29th March 2020, is cancelled, we will contact you individually to rearrange the event later in the year or arrange a refund.
Spring Party – 2nd May 2020 is also cancelled; we will contact you individually to arrange the refund for this too.
Wedding Open Day – 5th April is postponed the next one is currently scheduled for Sunday 2nd August.
Stables Bar and Grill Bookings
All reservations during the closure period, believed to be a minimum of 4 week from 20th March, can be postponed or cancelled without charge as follows:
Reservations made online via our website or Resdiary can be amended or cancelled using the same method as booking.
Reservations booked directly with the hotel by telephone or at the reception desk, can be cancelled or postponed by contacting email@example.com.
Vouchers that were due to expire from 9th March 2020 to 30th June 2020, the expiry date will be automatically extended by 6 months. You do not need to contact us for this.
