If you are feeling unwell, please call the NHS 9,111. You can call 111 to speak to a fully trained adviser. Depending on the situation, the NHS 111 team can connect you to a nurse, emergency dentist or even a GP, and can arrange face-to-face appointments if they think you need one. NHS 111 advisers can also assess if you need an ambulance and send one immediately if necessary.
The Hotel electricity supply is 240 volts AC, 50hz.A selection of electrical adaptors are available on loan from Reception dial 0.

Please familiarise yourself with the fire evacuation procedures on the back of your bedroom door and your nearest fire escape routes.
Guests with reduced hearing, sight or mobility conditions are advised to contact reception (dial 0), so assistance may be provided, in the case of an emergency evacuation.

Security of Valuables

We draw your attention to the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956, a copy of which is displayed in the reception area.
The hotel operates a strict No Smoking/Vaping policy throughout the buildings including bedrooms.
Be aware that Smoking and Vaping may also activate our fire alarm system and may necessitate a full hotel evacuation causing unnecessary inconvenience to all guests. External designated smoking areas are provided, to the rear of the hotel adjacent to the conservatory, the courtyard area next to Stables Bar & Grill. A charge of £100 will automatically be added to the account of any guest found to have smoked or Vaped in a room or public area, this is to cover the cost of professional cleaning and deodorising.
Swimming Pool and gym
Our Swimming Pool and gym is open for guests use 4pm- 8pm daily. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the changing rooms are not currently in use. You will need to change and shower in your bedroom. If you require a dressing gown, please dial “0”. You may use the towels from your bedroom.
Check out the Cheshire Cycleway website which can be found at www.cheshirecycleway.co.uk. This lists many local routes to enjoy the surrounding area by bike.
Taxis can be arranged through Reception, dial “0”. Local Taxi drivers accept only cash. We cannot advance cash or charge fares to room accounts. We suggest you give reception at least 30min advance notice. We cannot be responsible for the lateness or availability of taxi services.
Tea / Coffee
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in your room. Stocks are replenished daily, additional items and fresh milk can be requested through Reception, dial “0”.

Have you forgotten something? Do not worry, Reception have a stock of various toiletries and grooming items. Feminine hygiene products and condoms are available through vending machines in the washrooms on the ground floor.

The tap water in your room is safe to drink. However, you may prefer still or sparkling bottled water which is available 24 hours, from Reception, dial “0”
